Today i make a complained to them via phone. According to them different contractor fix different issue and they go by batch. So for my issue, they said different contractor. I 'm quite frustrated as i told them
1. you forget to call me back after agree to call me.
2. Already a month. 1 week got progress on rectify my issue, 2nd , 3rd and 4th week no progress. So how long it is going to take to rectify my defect? They thought i'm stupid, just sit and wait without checking my defect every week. Finally i told them, please give me a date when developer going to complete my defect.
Well , they said will check out and call me back tomorrow.
Let wait and see tomorrow.

Well, my patience has ran out as i already gave them a month and no progress mean no progress...

lucky i didn't wait for them.. and start the reno after a week taken the house key... my major defect at out side...

My reno contractor say that they will fix the "kacang putih" defect... now my house almost complete already ....

me too..culdnt wait for IOI to repair the defect..
same prob with u, mostly major at outside...

did they call you today?

yup. i called them. they will fix it in a week before call for 1st inspection. after a month, we can push them .

can anyone advise me the right measurement for our normal/standard size table top without hacking wall for dura?

my contractor said it was 14'(8' + 6') how to measure? since it will become an "L" shape..how do we count for the corner?

Yesterday, first time take bath at new house, and notice that my bathroom become mini kolam... It cause by the leveling in Bathroom is not done properly...

Please check your house as well...

i have checked when wash during defect checking. here is what i found
a) Kitchen - the level is a bit down to the holes there. So water will move to that side. This probably correct as it suppose to flow to the holes
b) Both bathroom - so far so good

After waited 5 week, the contractor still cannot give status. Finally developer has arrange that i do 1st inspection as no status from contractor who suppose to fix my defect. they has arranged project coordinator & contractor to do 1st inspection. Wish me good luck!

So disappointed after visit my house. Giving extra 1 week also no progress..Either contractor or project coordinator going to get scold by me on Monday when do 1st inspection

Complained effective. This morning i saw most defect has rectify. Still got some minor and early in the morning the worker has been here to change the damage tiles. Hmmm...they work overnight..(thinking)
Anyway, let see how the inspector say later...

that good but I think the rectify progress is very slow even after complain.My home still have 60-70% no done rectify.

You need to complain more harder. Like me, i have wrote a long email of complain & picture of the defect and tell them that i'm not happy. Today i have visited my house and IOI office again.
Everyone @ Admin office know my unit as i have been chasing them every week either call or visit their office. Well based on today inspection, they has rectify 2 defect. Another 6 more to go and i complain to office again. Anyway, according to them today suppose got one supervisor go to my house and check. So they take note and make sure another 6 outstanding defect to rectify.
Just signed 1st defect form and move outstanding defect to 2nd form. They want me to fill up 3rd form based on my personal check today. I've complained again why i need to fill up form as 1st move to 2nd. So stupid want me to move to 3rd form.

Complain more if over 30 days of defect...

According to them, they will call me when defect rectify. anyway, i told them sorry. Wait for you to call me , i will die more faster. So i will call back every week to check my status. I give another 1 more week and i will come again to complain...

Sometimes, you need to need push them as i have seen their rectify work is do last minute. So i dont want to be a stupid boy and wait...30 day has over and my patience has ran out.

Anyway, i have ask my renovation contractor to start work. Just two days, they have start work fast on kitchen cabinet, plumbing and electrical.

Hi guys... anyone have a good contractor for renovation? Mainly for hacking and rebuild wall..

Plan to do the termite tingy tomorow.. base on sugestion from few friends our area most probably will have termite prob in future

I also plan to hack the kitchen wall and expend to max at the yard. But currently have ni contractor with reasonable price. Need bigger space for kitchen. Cant start with other renovation unles this is done. Anyone have good contact for this? Let me know..

last Saturday go to my house check for defect rectification has done or not...Alhamdulillah, some of the minor defect has been rectified.
hopefully this week all the defect being rectified...then can do my reno.
