i think its not about money...some people love to own single story rather the double story house...penat naik2 tangga ni...haha

Hehe... I like single story also... Mainly because
1. My children still young.. Easy to take care...
2. Haha... No budget

Some info about new phase launch by next week..from now on bumi less cannot be deducted from 10% payment already..before this if bumi buyer can hv 7% disc deducted from 10% downpayment and just have to pay 3% only..

Owh sorry..that one is for corner unit which is around 350k..and also plus stamp duty bla bla..need to prepare about 42k for downpayment..that is what the sales person told me..so i'm just forget about it je lah..huhu

went to dura last day to check the progress..
but nothing being rectified yet..

how long you have submitted the defect list?

that would be late because I submit the first defect list on 25/9
just rectified some defect only, still have many undone.
second defect list I submit at 7/10 but just a little only also undone.
that will delay to start my renovation

Just went to check my house. Still no progress after a month.
Based on my observation, week 1 - got done repair. Week 2, 3 and 4 - no progress.

What are they doing? I want to make a complain!!!!

Same fate here bro!...i also cannot start renovation. Look like i need extend my room rental to end of dec 2013.
