Any idea on intermediate lot cost & do they have show unit ready?

Thank for the info. by the way, MOT= Master of Title, need to check with lawyer. That will cost 5K+ based on my finding last time when sign S & P.

Did you manage to get the dimension? Besides, your layout could be different(depend your kitchen on left side /right side) and you may different depend on where you want to put fridge and washing machine

my kitchen is on the right side. My dimension is around 2.23m X 2.56m (windows glass side)

Today, i just visited Felicia show unit while checking my unit. This phase came with 3 room + 2 bathroom. Show unit open till 7pm.
Meanwhile EMBER phase construction seem very fast.

You really calculated. Got 2 show unit (1 is corner and another one is just next to it(intermediate unit). Well, i just busy body and go checked up since new unit. I'm not sure what is the built up area. Like Dura is 20 X 70 but built up area is 20' X 50'. 20' go to car porch. Too bad the web site did not put Ember and Felicia Floor plan.

Yalor...i'm also waiting. Once Cadia get key, please let us know asap so it's dura turn.

any owner Phase 1 and phase 2? Need to check if got unifi or maxis fibre channel connectivity at bandar putera 2 klang? I just check coverage by using searching "Jalan Johan Setia". Found got coverage mentioned by both site.

From searching "Jalan Kebun Nenas" got coverage till KEBUN NENAS 4G/K8. Hopefully got.

Dura update- They have put house number plate and lock the gate. So cannot visit except view from outside.

Most likely will be sept as Hari Raya is around the corner. anyway, keep us update when they call you to get the key. Next will be dura.

one stupid question. If not yet install, how to get CF? Is this normal as i saw no meter for Dura as well. i thought it is normal as they focused at Cadia right now.

Yes. You need to pay. It is mentioned in the S & P. Wait till laywer call you to pay Master title ( i think is 5K)

oh my god!!!!! i also received letter (dura). Ask to pay 771.86 and then collect key. How come i no need to wait for bank to release money? But got mentioned, need 50+K. So what is the correct process

1. Pay RM700+
2. Wait for bank to release 50K
3. Call to make an appointment

And they say i must do within 14 days...... (unexpected thing happen). Why 14 days? I thought i will get the key by Nov. Anyone Dura owner who also having the same fate as mine?

Alright just make a call.
Here is the info that i got:
1. Pay RM700+ (Settled before key collection)
2. Wait for bank to release 50K
3. Once release, call to make an appointment - must call to Putrajaya office (Not Bandar Puteri) - 03-89478636

Going to make payment this week. According to Sales Office Bandar Puteri, they are open tomorrow and also Sunday.

Then not restricted to 14 days as long you do so within a month to collect the key. If you dont collect , Putrajaya officer will call you and ask you to collect.

Wow....now so excited already as i know Maybank will make payment very fast. (hopefully)

Your case similar like mine. I find out from my parent as i put my mailing address there.
So this is was the feedback that i have gathered when called them

a) within 14 days - should collect key. After 14 days then it is confirmed that developer has deliver the house and we cannot ask they to pay LAD for late deliver the house
b) within 1 month - developer want to collect all $$ and make profit . Let say if you cannot make it, then u can assign another person (together with developer + your authorize letter). Called Putrajaya to let them know.
If i'm not mistaken, Bank will hold last 5% till you check for defect. So you must check or you just take the key and sign.
d) Fees not sure if all the same. Based on the letter that i read yesterday (purposely went back hometown to get the letter)
My unit (Dura) breakdown (intermediate)
- General & infra maintenance - RM720
-Quit rent (9 Sept 2013 - 31- Dec 2013) - RM15.62
-2nd Half Assessment (9 Sept 2013-31 Dec 2013) - RM36.24

Total = 771.86

Payment by cash or bank draft. If credit card, there will be an extra charges. You can also pay during collect key.
