Today, i just visited Felicia show unit while checking my unit. This phase came with 3 room + 2 bathroom. Show unit open till 7pm.

any owner Phase 1 and phase 2? Need to check if got unifi or maxis fibre channel connectivity at bandar putera 2 klang? I just check coverage by using searching "Jalan Johan Setia". Found got coverage mentioned by both site.

Dura update- They have put house number plate and lock the gate. So cannot visit except view from outside.

oh my god!!!!! i also received letter (dura). Ask to pay 771.86 and then collect key. How come i no need to wait for bank to release money? But got mentioned, need 50+K. So what is the correct process
1. Pay RM700+ 2. Wait for bank to release 50K 3. Call to make an appointment And they say i must do within 14 days...... (unexpected thing happen). Why 14 days? I thought i will get the key by Nov. Alright just make a call.
Here is the info that i got: 1. Pay RM700+ (Settled before key collection) 2. Wait for bank to release 50K 3. Once release, call to make an appointment - must call to Putrajaya office (Not Bandar Puteri) - 03-89478636 Going to make payment this week. According to Sales Office Bandar Puteri, they are open tomorrow and also Sunday. Then not restricted to 14 days as long you do so within a month to collect the key. If you dont collect , Putrajaya officer will call you and ask you to collect. Wow....now so excited already as i know Maybank will make payment very fast.
