Yup. Notice that the whole entire road (jln Johan) is without street light. The only bright light is BP2 area.
That empty land suppose to build Balai Polis and school. Next to shop lot suppose to have a petrol station but till now still empty after a year.

75% completed on Dura Phase- bandar putera 2. Visited the site yesterday and saw backyard has put cement and drain as well.
-Rubbish dump has full tiled . Did not expect it till i open it.
-Earth grounding electricity is there as well

Saw the new phase as well. Dunno what it call as no show unit. Website also did not mentioned anything except registration for new phase
But smaller unit with 3 room - 20 X 65. I heard it cost around 240K+. It progress very fast. In my opinion, the more it built is better at least noise and dusty when cadia and dura get the key.

Met one of the dura owner who also visiting the site, they told me that probably everything will complete by June. icon_rolleyes.gif

I think they should put fences as well rather than just close the gate. The guard only available during day time. After 6pm, no longer there (saw it when pass by several times during my spot check on house status).

The guard dont seem to stop the car/bike who pass by - the entrance point

By the time i bought it already RM263K. Just only 3 days passed (before is 253K). So you get Cadia/Dura ? How much you get?

Wow..Cadia will finish first. Expected due by August 2013. Got no issue about tile just hope the house complete on time & without abandon project. So found your renovation company to do your tile? tongue.gif

That link is Phase 2- bassela. the one that we talk is ember. Saw already has few row structure in placed. It is painted as green. But that time i go is not open for viewing and not furnish. Anyone visit the p5 show unit?

Just received a letter from developer asking to pay deposit- Electricity - 280, water - 100 and TNB stamp duty - 10. Look like my unit going to finish soon.

Went to check my unit yesterday. They have locked the house and prevent people from going in. Saw the wall plate has mounted and door bell as well. Road has cleared and probably will "tar" it soon.

They already charge 5% for the road (Dura). Excited to saw the road plus my road address.
I went to site to check as well. Still doing touch up and painting gate. Drove all the way to end of EMBER and saw got one lake/swamp (not very sure but saw people fishing). Next to it is another phase under construction.

For tree, they planted 1 just for the house. smile.gif

I think Cadia will be late on getting the key (suppose end of May to hand over)

Hopefully but if i'm not mistaken Dura suppose to due on Nov 2013. regarding the picture, that is not my unit. Just happy on my house road with address so i just snap the picture. smile.gif

Just drove pass by cadia, i think they have lock the gate whereby dura still doing some external painting and water meter not yet in.

i do saw the advertisement by top fellowship @ facebook as well but the question is top fellowship a good contractor ? Look like they do renovation for Phase 1 & 2 as well. I will probably do some custom renovation rather than choose the package as advertise. Example:-

a) pattern of the iron grill . Probably different from the one that you like
b) Kitchen cabinet around 7K? hmm...look very expensive.
