Did you take promo package? from their promo, if we dont want certain thing, will the price remain same or expensive. I'm not yet see them.

hmmm....what is safety door? I thought just put grill. I also plan to remove some and add some. Probably i need to convert my yard to wet kitchen . Therefore, i may change yard wall to full wall and put roof. (may be this need permit).

Do you mean change house master title to individual title? Dura cost 5K. It is mentioned during when you buy the house. If sales people give you the catalog, it is listed there and you need to fork up that money. (the breakdown of cost)

Boleh. BM atau English. Bahagian yang itu kita panggil yard. Saya memang ada bercadang pakai yang itu sebagai "wet kitchen". Tapi tak mau pecah dinding. Cuma separuh wall dijadikan dinding penuh dan tutup bahagian itu.

Option 2 (back to english mode. Not use to BM after long time)
- Seal it using grill. Not sure option 1 (use cement) which one is expensive. Need to meet top fellowship and discuss about it. Anyone has any idea which is cheaper and expensive.

Put washing machine without lock? You sure no one going to steal. I rather put at dry kitchen. Last sunday went there, saw the guard as well but they did not block me. I just passed by my house. For release $$ by bank, i'm no hurry as it is earlier than expected (expect Nov). They will definitely release by this month since developer released the letter by 26th and i received it on 29th August.

Initially when i saw their promo, i also think that it is expensive on kitchen and rest of parts is cheap. But after survey long, realized some contractor even expensive. Example:
a) grill - cheaper than others. (other quote almost 3K for whole house)
b) plaster ceiling - no comment
c) kitchen cabinet - realize expensive due to concrete and tiles for more long lasting. Others did not offers concrete & plumbing, that why can go cheap. Now after comparing other contractor, it make no different.

Well, i'm going to meet them today afternoon and discuss (top - is my last meeting contractor coz i think they are expensive). Look like i'm going back to them. Let see how.

Thanks for the advise on price & products. No wonder they ask me to go direct show unit at bandar puteri. Need to be careful on this.

Yard with full wall - require MPK permit as got touch the structure
Yard with just grill - not require MPK permit

Just checked with them. Got few design that you can choose. But i end up choose high & solid quality. They bring me and show (low quality) and (high quality). Decided on high quality and end up paying extra 2K. (what to do, whole house)

By the way, cadia/dura promotion end tomorrow. Start monday the price will increase more.

a) Sink & tap for kitchen - you need to buy yourself
b) lighting -- you need to buy yourself
c) fan -- you need to buy yourself
d) promo package excluded wiring for extra plug pin, water heater, Astro, air con point, Unifi point etc

meaning the promo package does not covered everything. (Cooking hob also need to get it yourself). Saw the kitchen cabinet, very solid. Today discussion not sufficient, tomorrow i'm going to discuss with them again.
