Another question:
On the master bedroom bathroom, is the water from direct pipe or from tank? Very important to know as need to think about getting water heater type?
Then another bathroom (2)- anyone put water heater? If yes, need to know the water from direct or from tank?

According to developer catalog, suppose got 4 fan? Then where is 1 fan located.
fan 1 - master bedroom
fan 2 - living room
fan 3 - room 4
fan 4 - missing???? ( or located in room 2)

Another question regarding tap:-
a) Is tap provided for kitchen sink, basin @ masterbedroom bath room and bathroom 2(outside)? I dont see any tap as well. Are we suppose to buy ourself?

Just a bit high from ceiling. Wonder if air can travel down. Well, that room i already plan to install air-con. So should be ok
Since room 3 dont have fan, then best is convert it to store room.
