anyone plan to put air cond for Room 2(next to master bedroom)? By the way, developer only do 4 point fan. Anyone has any idea which area don't have fan?

a)they got mention when come in?
b)How long did you take to check?
c)your one is cadia/dura?
d) Is the sink there?
e)If just minor defect, then should be very fast they fix the problem and can start renovation.

i call alliance bank just now...they told me they will release the final payment on 18 September....becoz thats the due date given by IOI..

Wonder why no one post feedback on collect key & check defect. (so far only see 1 response)

haha...no need to jealous. you will get the key soon as well. Well, just checked with developer, they not yet receive $$$ yet. I thought nowaday electronic system should be faster.

Additional info:-
a) 1 day only can take 5 appointments.
b) Each appointment duration is 1 hour and 30 minute.

Well, try call them again next week.

as far as i know...bank will issue cheque to lawyer...this may take few days for developer to get the money.....

Today i saw one unit of Dura has started renovation. Went to site visit and discuss with my contractor about my renovation design. They have put the banner at my gate. Saw few house is also the same. Most likely they are getting the same contractor.

Cadia /dura owner (which has took the key), is your water meter in?
