Hi.i cadia owner.will get key this tuesday.i ada borak dgn nadia officer yg handle tu.dia kata kita kena push our bank to release cepat lg2 yg gomen nyerr.x perlu byr dulu maimtenance fee tu.nanti bank dah release.u call nadia set appoitment.n dtg awl byr maintenance fee tu masa ambil kunci.

I pun nak renovate my house.based on feedbAck alpania n basella owner.if u want to take top fellow.u kena confirm the price n brg betul2.n.bcoz kat site dia ckp lain.kat umah contoh lain.tu feedback early phase.

For me top fellow mahal but i heard klu kita ambil org luar dia kacau.not sure betul ketak

For release $$ by bank, i'm no hurry as it is earlier than expected (expect Nov). They will definitely release by this month since developer released the letter by 26th and i received it on 29th August.

Spoil my planning schedule...

Mind share what feedback that previous phase give? So are you taking top?
Initially when i saw their promo, i also think that it is expensive on kitchen and rest of parts is cheap. But after survey long, realized some contractor even expensive. Example:
a) grill - cheaper than others. (other quote almost 3K for whole house)
b) plaster ceiling - no comment
c) kitchen cabinet - realize expensive due to concrete and tiles for more long lasting. Others did not offers concrete & plumbing, that why can go cheap. Now after comparing other contractor, it make no different.

Well, i'm going to meet them today afternoon and discuss (top - is my last meeting contractor coz i think they are expensive). Look like i'm going back to them. Let see how.

Thanks for the advise on price & products. No wonder they ask me to go direct show unit at bandar puteri. Need to be careful on this.

Yes their grill murah but only 1 design im not mistaken.if u nak yg lain will dff price.my sis in law cassia owner.if u realise all grill at cassia same design.i staying around they so i will take contractor kat situ jerr.my fil house kat taman sahjuga.

Xla...i owner cadia...kalu nak buat major revno mcm tu kene permit rasanya...

Yard with full wall - require MPK permit as got touch the structure
Yard with just grill - not require MPK permit

Just checked with them. Got few design that you can choose. But i end up choose high & solid quality. They bring me and show (low quality) and (high quality). Decided on high quality and end up paying extra 2K. (what to do, whole house)

By the way, cadia/dura promotion end tomorrow. Start monday the price will increase more.

meaning the promo package does not covered everything. (Cooking hob also need to get it yourself). Saw the kitchen cabinet, very solid. Today discussion not sufficient, tomorrow i'm going to discuss with them again.

Im not sure nama kedai bcoz my hubby yg bawa.but everyday ramai org..kedai dia tepi jalan besar kat area puchong.
