better use SUT method..

u use what ROM?
phntom no need rom manager unless u wanna try this

currently android 2.1
wanna use SUT but SUT dun detect my phone in download mode.
so i use ROM manager instead.followed the steps in http://techupdatetoday.blogspot.com/2011/0...g-me-today.html
i tried to install Phantom King Rev2.zip (rom manager wont detect Phantom King Rev2.nb0 and Phantom King Rev2.rar)
and google apps.
i notice that installing Phantom King Rev2.zip is too fast (wonder its not installing?) compared to googleapps that takes a little bit time and show success.
rebooting phone but it nothing happen except my rom manager gone..
already rooted..

where u got dat rom zip file??afaik phantom rom all use nbo type file which need to be use with SUT..my advice, solve ur problem with ur pc first before attempting to flash..

i archive Phantom King Rev2 to .zip i dunno but its kinda a dumb move is it..

my driver prob...HP on connected to pc > ok
SUT also can detect. but i wont proceed.risky.
HP off,download mode (it show polling, get oemsb_mode = 1..repeat)
windows 7 tries to find qualcomm cdma technologies msm but failed. i think this is what makes SUT cant detect my phone.
got any manual driver?ive searched the internet but nothing even closed.

yea there's no such thing as phantom in zip i think..
weird.. i just install phantom evolution at my friend laptop..

no problem with the driver..
no need to use windows update to get the driver.. even offline can install automatically
make sure u flash to stock rom before flashing to other rom.

whats that mean? backing up the rom?yes i did back it up using ROM manager.

yeah dats is really a dumb move, luckily nothing happen to ur phone rite?

base on my exp even u connected ur phone in ON state, it will auto reboot to download mode when click next in SUT, but since in download mode ur phone cannot be detect, i suggest u try other pc..

phailed..it entered clockwork recovery mode instead...

try on other pc first...
download mode is (hang up + volume up + power button)

bro i think u try to flash with windows xp based system would be better...last time i try to flash using windows 7 have this kind of problem...after i switched to xp based everything goes as planned.

I mentioned b4 my problem on this phone at this thread, when i flash to custom rom my touch screen cannot function...tried to flash to all different kind of rom but still no luck. Install clockwork, when reboot to recovery mode will hang....so cant use zip file to flash...
Now my Mi-300 is in spice stock rom, send it to CSL service center to re-flashed it back to stock CSL rom but~
they cant flash it back to CSL stock rom!

so now i have no idea wat to do...anyone can help me?

i faced same situation like you before using Win 7.. can't detect my phone in download mode when i want to flash yesterday. you just try to uninstall and reinstall SUT again. for me it solved the problem.

yeah..borrowing friend's laptop tomorrow..windows xp luls..

just standard setting, but always kill background running softwares..i just kill using battery doctor task killer.

WAIT!!!!before u proceed, flash it with stock rom first!u need to be in stock recovery state, if not SUT will give u error and u wont get full flash..trust me on this, ive encounter this alot
