Acer come with 3 years warranty,Nvidia GT520M(1GB) while Asus come with 2 years warranty,AMD HD6470(512MB)
somemore Acer does come with free Trend Micro Internet Security and Yes 4G Dongle

Thanks for so much info. yea was keep struggling with the GPU to support up to playing full HD movie on 22'' LCD. Since then gpu is not my concern, In Aug i think even a 1.5k laptop also can support the requirement easily. Probably by that time will be asking you what notebook big bang for money wise again. cheer. =) thanks again
