Spent half an hour at PPL @gateway klia2 yesterday morning..the place isn't that big..the food is "so so"..the one at penang airport is better imo...

Trying to enter PPL located at level 2M on last few week without boarding pass but they reject my entry with a reason only for travellers

I went in by displaying my cc and IC. hmm whats wrong?? but i bringing bags la without the boarding pass. They just want to verify that the cc is yours. i think u should lodge a complain cuz i think that front counter girl is just a trainee if not mistaken. |

My friend is arriving from Adelaide via KLIA2 by AirAsia and the same night flying off to Shanghai thru KLIA by MAS. As I would be meeting him at KLIA2, can I bring him to PPL@Gateway using my American Express Platinum (not MBB2Amex) and RHB MC Platinum? btw I am not flying so don't have boarding pass.
