Ambank CS told me that Ambank conventional Platinum cc can access 13 local and internatonal lounges. How true is that?

I checked Alliance Bank website.
Under BUSINESS PLATINUM, there is a statement below: "Complimentary entry at the KLIA Plaza Premium Airport Lounge (valid for 1st 150 Platinum Cardmembers per month, subsequent Cardmembers will receive 50% discount on entry charges and all guest(s) of Cardmembers will receive 25% discount on entry charges)" Are they revising it already? |

How to reach Plaza Premium lounge? Must check in 1st? Or it's just located outside arrival & departure hall? I dont wish to be chased out from there since i am not internatinal traveller...

That means i need to go through internatinal immigres check before arriving PPL in KLIA, right? Then I feel there is no other way to go to PPL...
