Jusco 1%?  shocking.gif I thought it is 5% all the while. I bought things at their departmental store, not the supermarket.

Anyway, thanks for the help.

Jusco is usually 1% with OCBC Titanium....

OCBC Visa Gold is VERY MUCH DIFFERENT from Titanium in term of card benefits !

Annual fee can be waived by 12 swipes within a year.
GST can be "reimbursed" (not waived) by annual spending > RM10K .

This applies to both OCBC VISA GOLD & TITANIUM MASTERCARD.

Guys, I've made payment for last month statement on last Monday via cash deposit machine, I checked my current credit limit reduced to the same amount as last month end, is it normal? Or they haven't reset the credit limit?

Helped my mom to apply for the OCBC Titanium MasterCard last week. I found out that it was rejected just two days after i sent in the application form. So, i made an appeal on the next morning which is last Friday and my mom received a call from OCBC just about 2 hours later. They requested that my mom fax or email them another supporting document. In my mom's case, they asked for the bank statement from the bank which my mom's salary is credited into which i already email to them on Monday morning. My mom received an sms from OCBC last night that her credit card is on its way thumbup.gif

Not really unusual. Anyway, this confirms that OCBC still accepts fresh application with just an existing card as reference. Too bad Maybank is not doing this anymore.

No. She doesn't have an existing principal credit card for close to 2 years already. She applied using her payslips only.

It was first rejected. Then i made an appeal. I basically told them that she had 3 principal credit cards from 3 different banks about 2 years ago and there was not a single missed payment. I also told them that she never missed paying for her house mortgage and car loans and the car loans are due to be fully paid up next year. So i asked them to reconsider their decision which they did and now the card is already on its way thumbup.gif

OCBC require to use the card for a year then can only request for CL increase.

Is there any 'special' way to upgrade the CL for <1 year CC?
