I had just upgraded my g5 to official 2.2 using kies.
Now, it keeps on popping out com.android.phone FC
How do I fix this?
I read that you have to hard reset to fix it but I don't want to do that as I have a lot of things like sms and apps inside.

How do I revert back to the original firmware?

I can only turn on the airport mode for the phone to actually function without the continuous FC.
Starting to regret upgrading.

if install only apk then open it. the apps size not fill G5, and it said that device not support if add this cache would fix this? sure?

Added on May 7, 2011, 8:41 pmthe truth is. if you flash to another version of rom like 2.1 to 2.2 you need to hard reset. then if you downgrade 2.2 to 2.1, also need hard reset. just backup your things using mybackup root.

Hi, I've flash motafoca 2.2.1 rom. Everything running quite good except:

1) The rom doesnt include google apps. I need the Gmail app but unable to install the apk after trying many times.

2) I was unable to root it using Universal androot and z4root. Since I thought by rooting it will allow me to install Gmail.

i am going to get a new sd card for my g5...which one should i get? cause my current sd card from 2gb become 1gb since partitioning..How much gb should i get that would be stable for the phone? And if someone can share the prices? going to get it later.
