everywhere also will have unexpected flash flood....see puchong IOI yesterday...this is Marehsia....everything boleh...actually Orchard Road in the heart of Sg also kena flash flood....

If get hills to avoid flood, then potential tanah runtuh...

You can ask around, see whether the developer done anything to mitigate the flood issue.

The IOI flood not serious? It affected thousands of people and many businesses...while JH affected how many ppl and homes? 10 homes and 30 ppl? Do more homework, bro...

TP is on top of hills, no worry about flood, except for the entrance (tunnel area)...if flooded, you cannot go in and out of the semi-D and terrace section.

I am buying for own stay so need to do lots of finding.

i am not owner of  GR, TP or Jadehill. Come to this section to understand before put my money.

I repeat that I am not selling or ask people to avoid buying TP. Just my opinion that JH is better than TP ( when I hear many saying TP is better than JH)

I can't get real situation about Jadehill other than doing the real site visit. Jadehill thread not many active member because most of the buyer are foreigner or retired local.

Both also have their pro and con. Very individual point of view.

why you need to know so details ? writing a script for movie shooting ?

What's wrong to know the details. Quite weird for you to ask me such question. Furthermore I am an owner of a unit there. TP has quite tight security and yet break in case is still able to occur. Of course, I want to know how those thieves break in.

Someone is saying this:
One who reach Jade Hills to view the Jadite Suite show unit.. should take the opportunity for a ride to “inside” of the residential units…
it will bring you to another world where u will never expect it happening in Kajang. Most of the feedback was… like a resort or oversea feeling and very exclusive feeling…ask a free tour from the staff there.. and there more deligted to bring you for a tour.

Sorry, I am not very sure how requent flood.

That is the problem. I think most of the people not even know their neighbour.

Some folks are really nice but some think they're hell of a rich and therefore greater than anyone else. Mind boggling! rclxub.gif

It's a matter of personal preference. To me, the drive home to TP is so beautiful and serene. Love the hills and the mist. Took a drive to JH once and it was not pleasant at all, having to go through industrial areas, etc. Gateless is also a no no for us. Heard too many unpleasant experiences from those who've stayed in gateless homes.

Ok, you are the owner you have the right to concern.

As a owner in TP, kindly check your mail box for the memo that sent by the management office staff which explained in details, or you may also go to the management office to find your answer instead of asking more details in the public forum.

Discussion / enclosed too much details in the public forum which may also caused other serious security issue.

Yes agreed.

Flood issue may be solved temporary, but if the jungle continuing become houses, flood will be back soon depends on the development speed.

I would prefer to hear from third party or officially announced instead of the developer's engineer.

Like many other projects.... proposed links / road which connecting to the new property but it take long time to happen or just a submitted proposal which have additional favourite selling point to the property first.

Flood is a big issue, can not take long time to fix but if fixed it will happen again for various reasons.

Sorry, I am not engineer.

Something like.

Self closing flood barrier, natural control using tree, floor water , few level pond with hollad technology ( which further explained that Holland is the best on flood control system)

I trust Gamuda, You can see how good the smart tunnel flood system la.

Go la. Enjoy the JH view while they explain the system

not sure about the road. They don't own silk highway right?

You have the choice don't go for flood area with proposal of high tech / best flood prevention system.

You will be worried if one day you are unfortunately seeing the water entering into your dream house getting more & higher and nothing you can do to stop the flood destroying everything.
