and u can take back this rm5k anytime..

then 4th week, u wan take out 5k for emergency, then interest rate will be 390k + 5k = 395k, rate rm90/day
this is how we play with full flexi loan...
bt take note that full flexi got maintenance fee of rm10/month..
this showed how pro joe gor is.. all thanks + credit will go to joe gor.. if by any chance after 5/6 years i'm getting another props for investment.. i will get fully flexi

since i already in semi flexi now.. so i can't change it [unless i'm willing to pay the charges for changing semi > fully flexi]
