It's fun if you have the money to do everything nicely.
Not fun when you have low budget and try to squeeze everything lol

It's really fun when u do all these together with someone special, shopping around, negotiating, discussing, ideas sharing/ arguing/ fighting.
It's not fun if u r to engage a runner to do everything for u, and u just sit and wait for the result, meaningless.

this road is getting busier... and this condo is very close to the main road... not sure its good for own stay... as there are many other choices in close proximity.
