I guess too many forumer here is ppl from developer... information of condo's around that area just not centralize...
i hope this can help a little bit ppl who are seeking for their housing around this area...property is expensive nowadays...be a wise buyer....

So condo's all around this area..for sure will be be causing traffic jam...but now in KL..everywhere jam...ideal location would be to jam shorter distance to reach home ..hopefully gov will widen the road and do smth on it...

Stop buying condo's at these crazy prices. Developers are merely trying to make money from us while they still can. Prices of condo's in KLCC and Mont Kiara areas have already started to show declines from their prices in 2010. Other areas will be hit soon enuf. Go for subsale units now if u want. More sustainable.
