cheapest is only in block A yeah.. block B even with same floor (let say 2nd floor) the price differ 30k+-
investment ah.. not very sure oh.. if those who want to purchase a cheaper house.. they will most probably go for parklane.. there cheaper 100k++
unless got some rich fella want to have low density unit.. then maybe u can sell ur unit la.. haha..
let say ur unit is 400k.. they will pay u back 5% of 400k = RM20,000 give u back [once the developer claim the first 10% ur bank loan]
u have to pay 10% initially
