I end up getting a unit at D'Pines due to the entry fee is low compare to Parklane OUG and Sutera Maya

cus developer outsource it to an agencies to help them sell sutera maya unit..
u can go to the agency temporary office at jalan puchong.. just beside the site(sutera maya) which is currently ongoing.
It launched already on may.. based on some forumers, they said still have around 10 units left..
