did any black n white written to get back 5%?i visited the sale office n i kinda like the location as its nearby working place with 3tier security..im interested in 1st floor but wondering how d dev return the 5%?n did u guys get it ady.?

good meh under KL... i heard some said.. under KL, the cukai tanah veli expensive leh.. i rather its under cheap area.. i dun have to pay so much for cukai tanah tongue.gif

Hi, we not yet got the 5% return as developer not yet get the 10% from the bank[our loan]
but during signing snp, there is some papers, stated that developer will give back 5% based on full purchase price when the developer claim the 10% from the bank
that one consider black and white edi smile.gif if u want.. u can give me ur email... i'll forward u the sample document for the 5% and the air con smile.gif clement sent to me as i kept on asking 'where is the black and white' stating the 5%
first time purchasing props.. so a bit kan cheong.. hhahhahaha
