i dun like face west.. cus it is hot at nite cus i think if ur unit keep on got matahari shoot inside.. then at nite.. ur will be hotter [my gf instinct]
i want to have morning sun [for sidai baju]
so i will prefer east > north/south > west

How do u know urs one is facing east? by asking the sales person or how to check?

when u see the unit plan.. u can know edi.. got stated.. north south east west is where..
duno why unit facing garden/swimming pool more expensive lol.. feng shui i not sure

u can check on the scale model..
when we say face east..that mean the balcony is facing east...

facing pool / garden nt neccessary better feng shui de..
bt most ppl like coz it is more cooler..treessss + water...

feng shui is a very depends on individual matter, to someone its good but to others it could be no good & its keep on rotating issue, unit with swimming pool simply bcos the scenery look more merrier, especially evening kids playing & swim over there, instead of a condo with dead silence.

sinshang, that's why i said go there walk walk see see also don;t know what to do.
But, i remember when i see the model, no indication there o.

u can see the compass there..
from there u can deduce the direction of the unit u like...
else..simpler way..ask the sa..

the whole building's model ar? didn't notice o.
see where the balcony facing ar? not see where the master room facing ar? that's the room we sleep o.

most of project will hv master room & balcony facing same direction...

some feng shui saying need to see where the main door facing too.
sigh, so many to check.

if u forever check this n that, forever oso u wont able to buy house...
as sm ppl say..feng shui can change due to environmental change..
as long u can find a property that u like n feel comfortable, jz go for it..
