    But, i thought the interest is already include in RM1956.07, why do we still need to pay the extra daily interest(in ur example, column F) ?
1. yes..the formula will calculate ur monthly repayment for the whole tenure of your loan
meaning u need to pay rm1956.07 every month for the whole of 30 years loan (max)...unless ur flexi loan savings kick in n reduce the interest..

2. column f calculate ur daily interest rate..at end of 1st month, ur monthly interest is rm1400++, but u paying rm1956.07
that mean rm1400++ goes to pay interest and remaining rm500 goes pay ur principal (rm400k)...

if u wan to have the excel sheet, u can pm me ur email if u dont mind de...

yes..during initial stage..u will pay more for interest...less for principal..
the longer the time, u will pay lesser for interest...more for principal...
in a short..the monthly repayment u pay is same...rm1956.07...
but monthly accumulated interest will be lesser..
once u do the math, u will understand...

ah girl...me jz finding an excuse to ask for ur hp#...

if u plan for own stay n stay long long time..then shud nt be issue
bt make sue lease period is > 90yrs..
bt then again most ppl after stay 1 place long time, they will think of changing environment..
when u move to new house..u will want to sell old hse..
bt old hse + leasehold = small market value..
bt can be offset by rent out old hse....
