that one mean general insurance coverage... the home insurance got MLTA & MRTA...

what i meant here...wat's the different between MLTA Vs MRTA ...got 1 newly launch i forgot the name ...

1. MRTA (old one)
2. MLTA (launching since 4-5 years back)
3. MXXA (new one) only few Assurances offer..

above also like Semi Flex vs Full flex...hahahaha

wa wa.. sutera maya thread got 22 pages zo ! yay !! but all talk about offtopic one lol.. nvm.. as long as got alot of pages..
oh yeah.. after it goes to 60++ page.. we go to other page kacau yeah.. if not reach 12x.. then have to go for v2..
then start with 1st page.. tongue.gif
MLTA + MRTA face to face talk will be easier to explain smile.gif

Early settlement is , signing with the bank, if the bank have something like 3 years lock in period.
Within 3 years if you paid all of your loan / u do refinance,
2% will be charged by the bank of the total amount loan.

ckhong, only if within the lock in period got penalty? from the thread, it seems as long as settle earlier than scheduled installment will kena this penalty?!

Even though we are all offtopic, but this is a very useful thread for property newbie like me. thumbup.gif

as i know, after the lock in period.. no more charges..
if got charges then all also will say " I DON"T WANT SEMI/FULL FLEXI "
like i take 40 years loan.. each month i dump RM100 more..
i can settle my loan 35years++
if like tat also kena penalty.. then all also duwan semi/full flexi liao..

hmm, is that diff? I though early settlement is like one lump sum dump in to settle the balance??!!
Or is it the thread i posted, she was taking term loan instead of flexi loan?!

I passed by today 8am.
Din see any workers there.
Maybe they haven come to work....

I not able to see whether they completed the car park, but i feel that the structure of building remain same compared to last month..Looks like the process abit slow..Maybe they are not rushing on it.
