I want to run SetCPU and some screenshot apps, so I need to root my phone. What's the easiest and most painless way to root? Is there any danger in rooting? Thanks.

Thanks. i did mine painlessly with superoneclick 1.7. just make sure you installed Kies first as it contains the driver. /screengrab is built in in ACE. hold BACK + HOME.
