I owez get my stuff from musclemania and musclesup. very trustable and never had any problem with them. i dun mind paying a bit more if their service is good

Still no call from supplementmalaysia. Luckily I'm not in a rush and chose COD. Will update further later if there are any developments (or none).

nobody willing to deal with who has a bad record, as i believe, people who had just buy from supplement malaysia are 1st timer

the price are cheaper, free delivery with purchase rm200 above and free 1 shaker , and also..i had read the previous comment here from some forumer mention that they are manage to deal with supplement malaysia smoothly, so is normal other people will falling on it

yes...i definitely agree with u, musclemania club is always my 1st option when getting the supplement.

my previous half year supplement are getting from musclemania club, NO DOUBT...they are super efficiency in their services..

From my experience, you need to reply to their order to confirm COD then they will process. The whole process took about 5 days. I order on Monday, confirmed on that day itself via email. I got my stuffs on Friday.

BTW, let me clarify my experience was based on COD SERVICE. Communication was off but it was ok IMO. So for those in their COD areas, can try. For normal paid delivery, I don't think I'll recommend.

But they haven't even sent me any email yet to confirm the COD. So, what is there to reply to? You mean I have to write a separate email to confirm the order I placed online?

usually after i sent in my order online, they will automatically send another email to you to confirm your order. Did you receive that?

Got my order from Musclemania. So fast !! Good Service.

Gosh! Just noticed from their site myofusion mostly sold out. I think same case with eji. When I ordered they just restocked, I think that's why the response was ok.

Now I'm a little skeptical ordering from them again. But then again if COD at least nothing to lose other than waiting. The rest, i advise not to bank in anything to them until the rest of the forummers here receive their stuffs.

Really surprised to hear bad services from suppmsia. Personally deal with em twice (cod) with no prob n items arrived 2-3 days after confirmation email was sent/calls were made to cnfirm the cod thingy.

Last Friday I ordered from them and yesterday received my order. It's almost 1 week. two forumer here haven't received any reply from them after made payment. Not recommended seller ><. Bad customer service .

It's the utter silence despite my constant emails that i find disconcerting with SupplementMalaysia. Order on the 28th and still no news. I think this is my first and last time with them.

It'll be MuscleMania from now on. It's cheaper than Ego or GNC but more expensive than Eji but at least (for now) i'm guaranteed a next day delivery.

well...i'm in east malaysia so it'll take around 7-10 working days to arrive here coz they're using pos malaysia parcel service. in peninsular, should be around 2-3 days.
dun worry, musclemania and musclesup are very trustable, no hassle at all and i owez get my stuff on time. i highly recommend them. they have a thread here somewhere in the food market or u can just go straight to their website.

It IS the same company. Google it up lah..
