for the supplement malaysia...i just order some supplement from them, but their website for payment/billing information is quite confuse for me....i really do not know which method of payment am i getting throught, they only post maybank account, but didn't cleary to mention the payment process (etc, after payment done pls sms bla bla bla too xxx)......

i done my payment since 6 day ago, but i got none even a reply from them, what going around there actually

yeap...i bank in to them since last tuesday, but they do request the proof statement for the payment

and i was ...cos i using city bank online transfer, that was only the ref number .....

and so...i just email to them the with explanation and the references number to them as well...

and yet.....still no reply


so what ur situation ? almost same like mine?

i m using iphone to online banking bcos my office dint provide any wifi for my PC...miss out the print screen part, cos from earlier, i just thought references number will be enough to track/check any payment status

not a single reply, i will call them once i really buay tahan, lucky i got my backup supplement from Musclemania club....

just forward an email to them....see will get any reply or not~

nobody willing to deal with who has a bad record, as i believe, people who had just buy from supplement malaysia are 1st timer

the price are cheaper, free delivery with purchase rm200 above and free 1 shaker , and also..i had read the previous comment here from some forumer mention that they are manage to deal with supplement malaysia smoothly, so is normal other people will falling on it

yes...i definitely agree with u, musclemania club is always my 1st option when getting the supplement.

my previous half year supplement are getting from musclemania club, NO DOUBT...they are super efficiency in their services..

finally, get everything settle and done with supplement malaysia after 2 week, they email to me and mention that i will be received my parcel within 2-3 day...just wait and see

finally, i received my parcel too...and yeap, it take 2 week from ordering>payment>delivery>item received.....

try get from muscle up, i just get mine from them this tuesday~
