i done my payment since 6 day ago, but i got none even a reply from them, what going around there actually

Just bought mass fusion from musclemania. Gotta admit that they are frigging efficient. Took only one day for them to courier it from kl to Penang. Recommended

i banked in to him beforehand. dun carry much cash around my house

Since they offer COD, better use that option.

yeap...i bank in to them since last tuesday, but they do request the proof statement for the payment

and i was ...cos i using city bank online transfer, that was only the ref number .....

and so...i just email to them the with explanation and the references number to them as well...

and yet.....still no reply

I think interbank needs 3 business days for clearance. Did you print screen the successful payment screen? If you did maybe it will be faster.

i m using iphone to online banking bcos my office dint provide any wifi for my PC...miss out the print screen part, cos from earlier, i just thought references number will be enough to track/check any payment status

Finally got my Dymatize 1kg creatine from bodybuildingasian took one frigging week. Ordered and banked in last Monday now only got. He claimed is SkyNet problem but I'm not sure. If you're in a rush there are many other better sellers. but for some products his price is good.

They never request for proof statement for the payment for me.
I made payment via maybank2u. I have the payment details in my phone.
i also email them the payment details to them. no reply.
I suspect one of the reason they keep silent cause no stock currently.
What item u order from them ?

hope your prediction are true..... is really make me feel uncomfortable, i just did not demand or request for sensational of their delivery services, but...even is really out of stock, they should inform us, not make we all wait like a bloody fool without knowing what actually is happen.....

I'm also started to felt uneasy on their silent behavior . Your right, if out of stock stock or anything else just info to the customer . Supplementmalaysia is now creating bad reputation for themselves .

Supplement Malaysia finally called me and apologize for the inconvenience. They inform me that they will postage my item today.

i dint get any call from them, neither by email.....so u got their number as well?
