This came when I was swamped with work and didn't get to sit down to reply.

I basically started with Bukit Jalil, then went through some good developers (+plus some others in the area) and focussed on freehold.

have to really go many projects before committing to 1

so which have u shortlisted and which u feel u like it better?

u choosing for own stay and to raise a family right

After Serasi still got another 3 development, then another 1 opposite Giant and another one next to Harmoni RSKU by another developer.

Exciting times indeed....

May I know where you got your sources from that opposite Giant will be developed? As far as I know the big empty land is being zone as sports complex.

Putra Heights Sentral where Serasi is develop is all under SDP developer. You visit the sales gallery didn't see the entire master plan? Do homework time, don't always look at the lenglui SA....ya smile.gif

Sdp is also developing the land opposite Giant.
Small development with about 3xx units.

Only the land for Harmoni 2 is sold to Alma for affordable series.
Article as per below.

The other development SDP is doing is at USJ 7.

I'm slightly biased away from KL (Ampang, Rawang), as well as from too far up north beyond Bdr Sri D'sara and from the areas too much to the side (E: Klang, W: beyond Bkt Jalil) or too way south (before Cyberjaya)

I've been to the Sime Darby website before, didn't see any new projects, newest is Teja, what's the name of the project at USJ7?

Agree, these condos are not cheap, every month needs to cover a fortune to sustain.

After some soul searching, was focussing on these:

the land in front of giant?

i always thought it belongs to kingsley caz they made their football court n sport area there

that small land can become condo?

and also the usj7 condo my first time hearing

I guess when i went their launching at the glades time too early they only promoting serasi block 1 kao2

The land is not that small, just long in shape.
Land size about 3 acres before deducting the small tnb station.
Total unit is 3xx including 6x units of samm. So it's not really a big development. Moreover there is HTC nearby, so can't build too close to HTC limiting the space of the land. Hence only 1 tower, 37 storey high.

Usj7 was talked about alot once they tear down those factories many years ago. A big plot of land with 2 LRT station and BRT, SDP won't give up the chance to develop this land. 2 towers, 35 storey high coming up first. More to come.

As I said, dig and dig and dig.
A lot of studies is required on a particular location before you can decide if the unit is worth buying.

Oooo the factory in front of usj7 brt station

which is used by train users to park their car every morning

Looks like a good investment there as goodyear court area good rental returns eventho its old
