U now know there is an upcoming development, you start looking at the surrounding existing units. Study them and compare against what is coming. Weight the pros and cons and the entry price and you will know where u stand.

Maybe it's time to look at Goodyear court subsale....hor

And I wonder why ppl want to look at Do....rse...t.....t..

boss we all know rental and capital appreciation of goodyear there all good good 1

maybe u have few units there hehe

very convenient if the project at usj7 confirm within few days kena sapu mainly by subang lang and SD loyal fans

dorsett that 1 maybe due to low entry price and promised returns. All is based on future promise only but we wont know

at least subsale the rental are there so can judge and go in wisely

haha...the GoodYear court people says is a very worth to buy for own stay or investment since my teenage time (2x years back).....when it was below 150k... innocent.gif

almost all properties before 2010 double.... if your property bought before 2010 cannot get 100% return.... then your property is very bad

now not easy to get good capital return, if want to invest... need very deep pocket.... or you have gold mine given by parents...

Land size about 3 acres before deducting the small tnb station.
Total unit is 3xx including 6x units of samm. So it's not really a big development. Moreover there is HTC nearby, so can't build too close to HTC limiting the space of the land. Hence only 1 tower, 37 storey high.

Usj7 was talked about alot once they tear down those factories many years ago. A big plot of land with 2 LRT station and BRT, SDP won't give up the chance to develop this land. 2 towers, 35 storey high coming up first. More to come.

A lot of studies is required on a particular location before you can decide if the unit is worth buying.

once u always register ur interest maybe u get priority que caz developer like to do soft launch, extra soft launch, softer launch

I am no insider...la
I'm just a toilets cleaner, salaried employee like any normal toilets cleaner.

The info I get, some experience bosses here also can get.
You just need to dig the internet and SA, developer website is just a start.

Sometimes they don't contact, or sub to 3rd party agents to reach out

Sometimes the URL looks like project website but actually is registered by agent company, have to double check those
