Terrace at The Glades still 2.4M?

considering to buy the mews townhouse. 1.4 million.
is it worth it?

IMHO,floor plan is not so good. Spaces n rooms r tight.

Been there to visit their show unit, to my surprise air cond is NOT ON!

Imagine 3PM Sunday, everyone is sweating in their 3 stry bungalow...

haiyo, if dun spend so much on town house, the upside will be quite limited, you are sharing with another 2 household for the very same plot of land, 1.4m for that, and this is PH...

this is a wrong product, wrongly priced by Sime Darby

second, you need to pray SD take care of this place after building, they do not seem to have so much commitment on this, based on past record. they are known to build and gone with the wind

according to the sales lady, she said within this 2 year it will be managed by SD
after that will be managed by the residents. therefore the maintainance fees might go up or go down.

actually, my concern is just they will wash their hands clean after DLP lapses

actually is my dad purchasing. he's thinking of buying a bigger house around usj/subang area as an upgrade.
and we're looking for sime darby property as he's a sime darby staff. got 5% discount.

Just came back from checking out the The Glades Plaza.Ppl there like malas layan if u r not asking about the Houses ? =_='

It really seems like a nice place..for living though.There is a garden (under construction) just next to the Plaza which is located just in front of 'the Mews' . Very nice ~ !

Agree it is very nice. But dunno upon completion, can the nice tag match the price tag. Esp Sime workmanship in previous PH, some units cracking really given some terrible encounter and head shaking.

1 year plus has gone, still phase 1 has a lot units available. The price tag really so expensive n seems not much ppl buy even from 2011 BBB year.

did you try looking at the nearby Kingsley Hills too? around 2mil+ too but no show house

I hv no idea where is Kingsley hills...Do u mean the hill right in front of the 'The Glades -Mews' ? i always assumed It is another SD development. Btw, shouldn't these developers do something about the 'monkeys' after destroying the habitat? poor animals hav no shelter alway see these little fella wandering on road sides
