I will go for MBTL - large unit with nice view! (potentially can see skypark too!)

It's the land price that developer selling to us and land price - land cost from setia haruman = profits of the developer!
It's min 10 times profits on land itself!

Plenty of profits being a developer!
It's a money made money games via land and development.
