Who knows 5 yrs from now an islands unit with 3 storey LV selling at Rm 2.0mil? In fact someone showed me the other day that 3 storey LV in Setia Alam is selling at Rm 1.6/8mil depends on land size. crazy huh? That unit is Rm 1.13mil and backing Liu Li garden. Everything is nice except number of rooms is too little (3) . Don't know when they are going to launch the next island phase? If for own stay (long term), don't mind to buy an unit in islands - isle of Kamares or isle of botanical.
