I think every 10.0m there is one infra type CCTV - same like those in Eco park.

Hahaha... Then any advantage for being the 1st phase investor other than that 3-5% price diff?
Land area also bigger in phase 1 than 2? For example, 41x95 (phase 1) but 41x85 (phase 2)?

I agreed with hunter.
I think sps will increase few % however land size / bu will be smaller in order to suit market.

Other than that they will give a smaller size of land / NU if on the same price like the phase earlier.

True also however there is still some possibilities just like Eco Park - semi-D at ~ 2800ft2+
Anyway, smaller land size is always the case if not much changes of pricing to the phase earlier.

Understand that Sales is one key important factor for a company. But to excel, the follow through is extreme important.

Heard that next islands unit - western heritage is 3 storey LV and the price starts from RM 1.4mil~ wah lao eh.... and the mainland semi-D 1st phase is only Rm 1.7mil+ (a good buy?) lol rclxm9.gif
