i hope SP jack up the price. make it expensive. 

If SEG jack up the price a lot compared to previous phase, then they are committing suicide because they still have other phases to be launched in future.

Sps know the market well n know the pricing at ciber already at high side. So marketing n pricing need to b sensible to ensure future phases ll not be like sime derby glades or mahsing icon series.

Actually it is quite small enough already (in terms of built up sqft) on phase 1 launches when compared with the behemoths in SH and even the MBTL villas. Any smaller would take away one of the selling point and turn it into a ho-hum 22x75 ..

Understand that Sales is one key important factor for a company. But to excel, the follow through is extreme important.

A simple example, many buyers signed the S & P, yet they have no idea when will receive the stamp copied. I have no issue on it, but it may be a concern to many.

Giving buyer confidence is top priority, to make sure future project BBB. Taking into consideration that many areas in Klang Valley has flood issue, how is Setia going to enginner & overcome such situation? Sharing is a must, not only about promotion & new launches. This is the way to make sure a quality product.

Bear in mind, nowadays many buyers are buying few properties, than just a single project. Do share online, the fastest & most effective way. Overall good work, keep it up!
