Just my personal opinion, with a budget of Rm2.4 mil i will buy a 3 storey bungalow in GR than semi-D in SR. Maybe top up another 100-200k can get an unit comes with extra land? In addition, the price of Rm2.4mil for semi D in Cyberjaya is considered one of the highest which meant appreciation wont be as fast as other semi D at lower price. Buying that GR Rm2.3 mil (cheapest bungalow in cyber) and referring to SEG Rm2.8mil, SR Rm3.0mil+ meant that there is still some room to grow.
However, if you buy because you like it - no reason why cannot? Life is short, must enjoy! biggrin.gif

A semi d on island is abt Rm1.9mil+ however some luck is required to strike the draw. I guess we are abt the same age early 30s which another 20 more yrs to retirement. biggrin.gif any good F/H condo in SGP u can recommend me? In fact I m looking ard too.

The telco tower exists there doesn't mean it will be there during construction n be part of the landmark / symbolic icon of liu li garden 2. Telco is not like htc which is diff to be relocated. Dismantle the tower, install the telcom transmission device on any high rise building will be sufficiently to cover the area.

The proposed interchange is to provide a direct access from SEG from/ to KLIA / KLCC / Putrajaya directions w/o any stop for traffic light!
The one link to nusantara will be a flyover across lingkaran putajaya.

Currenty there is a piece of land owned by Nadayu (Nadayu 99 - opp MMU).
Heard some 'winds' that Nadayu just bought another piece of land opp symphony hills (south of Tamarind Sq).
By knowing that Nadayu Melawati price and target customer, dont think their development will be cheap.
99.9% sure that it's another high end residential project!
Combining SEG, Pangaea, SH, Sejati Residences and Nadayu - Here you go to start forming a high end community.
Btw, HSB development (south of SEG) should be another HER too reference to their Ara Green project biggrin.gif
