Believe that landscape will be very nice.
BU - a bit too short (47.5') and too small like kind of mini size semi D unit. I miss my OZ house 10K+ ft2 block with a pool. Arh... Geram!  |

To answer your Qs:-
a). Ludwigia semi D. b). Hammock club house. c). Upcoming show unit for semi-D phase 2 (unsure the pricing but my best guess is starts from RM 1.9mil onwards to make the existing Island semi-Ds cheap (starts from RM 2.2mil). d). All are red bricks only. e). Distance from face to face > 60' + 28' + 28' = 120~ that make the environment very spacious feels. Note - Show unit should be ready in next 4-5 months time based on the progress. Once the amenities are in place, do you think the property price will still like current? Buy now to lock in the price before out of reach.
Note - I only encourage people buying landed for investment. Blue color roof = ludwigia (unit 009, 010)

SPS has barricaded one lane on each direction of Lingkaran Putrajaya to build the interchange!

I think min price of ludwigia starts from Rm1.8mil and few units leftover the same row with club house.
