How do i set up my MicroSD ready for A2SD+
A:
Backup all data on you SD card (this will be Formatted)
The card should be formatted with your standard FAT32 partition 1st followed by an EXT3 partition (I would recommend a minimum 512mb)
Linux users use GParted or a similar software.
For everyone else I would recommend using Rom Manager or CWM
Once you have downloaded ROM manager from the market, open the app and click partition SD Card, Select your EXT size and set 0mb for swap
Restore your data to your SD.
Flash the A2SD+ Patch
Boot << Please be aware, 1st boot may take a while depending on how many apps you have installed.

How does swype work?does it rly help alot?
*
Basically, instead of tapping "keys" 1 by 1 to enter a message, you just "swipe" your finger through "alphabets" you need, to form a word. Example to type "quick", we just swipe from Q to U (passes thru all other unrelated characters as well of course, such as WERTY), from U > I > C > K > release finger = done.
You can read more and watch their video here : Swype official site

If interested can sign up for "Swype for Android Beta" and download it biggrin.gif

Can last 2 days with moderate use hehe..I would rate it as good, much much better than the previous versions.. one time do video recording for 5 continous hours until memory card full.. using the recommend radio Telus WWE for the ROM1.84 built...I love the status bar animations - the skinned version look pretty good.

A very simple launcher on my current homescreen - Launcher 7 - Windows Phone 7 tiles....can't support most Widget - but really liked the look of it hehe.

Well, got some complaints in mike's thread regarding the distorted sound issue, i guess for those who didn't think that is a down-side, then no need to flash to 1.3.6 smile.gif...

a few of us already tried it, but quickly get bored by it.
