Anyone got use this radio? Although it's for Telus handset...for before using ROM with built 1.84.661.1.

28th January 2011: Radio_12.35d.60.140f_26.06.03.24_M2 - TELUS WWE 1.84.661.1

I think WWE stands for world wide? So we can use also?

Now using recommended radio for 1.72 built.

Good enough!! with custom ROM & kernel (CoreDroid and LeeKernel).

2 hours of call and SMS, facebook, twitter, browsing - can last you whole day liao..tried not to charge the phone on my desk to preserve battery.

Basically, instead of tapping "keys" 1 by 1 to enter a message, you just "swipe" your finger through "alphabets" you need, to form a word. Example to type "quick", we just swipe from Q to U (passes thru all other unrelated characters as well of course, such as WERTY), from U > I > C > K > release finger = done.
You can read more and watch their video here : Swype official site

Well, well, well..if it isn't our one and only CoreDroid user drool.gif..so, how's 3.1?? Ok?? Got any problem and can share the battery consumption?? smile.gif

Can last 2 days with moderate use hehe..I would rate it as good, much much better than the previous versions.. one time do video recording for 5 continous hours until memory card full.. using the recommend radio Telus WWE for the ROM1.84 built...I love the status bar animations - the skinned version look pretty good.

A very simple launcher on my current homescreen - Launcher 7 - Windows Phone 7 tiles....can't support most Widget - but really liked the look of it hehe.

No patch for 3.1.1..can update straight away from 3.1 to 3.2 for only 140++MB - not bad the feature.

You need to boot into bootloader - recovery manually..then it will backup for you...dunno it's RM bug or what.
