Nope. Wont fall off. But its like using a compact camera and putting a F42 on it. Thats unbalanced. it doesnt feel good. Thats all.

QUOTE(jude @ Apr 2 2011, 05:56 PM)
Ok Guys.. need some help here.. Have decided to take the plunge.. will be buying A55 next week.
Like the size.. my hands are small n the wife and girl will find it just right size wise. Like the HDR and panorama sweep.. and I think it would be good for beginners to start off..
Anyway.. I will be using it for family functions and the ocassional travel trip.. so need to ask.. thinking of getting the 16-105 will this be ok? .. don't wanna think of upgrading in the near future.. maybe just a flash later on.  What do you think ?
Also, what else should I get.. filters.. which type?
Hope you all can help.. as I am totally new to this..
Thanks
*
Ever thought of 18250? Cause if you wont upgrade anymore, just go to a shop, get a55+18250+f20. Trust me, its good. 16105 is good but the focal length is not enough. So cant zoom that much. you'll end up with another telephoto lens sooner later. 18250 is a all in one.

ahpingko: No idea whether the beercan or big beercan is better. Do you need the 300mm?

Make sure when they type it on the repair sheet, it looks like something the repairman can understand - sometimes they type some simple words that doesn't explain much.

ieR: Congratulations in advance!

kysham: Eh, but I remember you saying you were a fan of HTC.

d4rkholeang3l: Nice! I like how the contrast and color tone is on #2.

Newbieeeeee: I prefer shots like #4, clear of distractions. Though interestingly this is once you won't need to use a telephoto to shoot F1!

blowsh: It underexposes so you can pull the shadows in RAW conversion or Photoshop later. That way you'll thank your camera when there is a lot of detail in the highlights.

zstan: Could've focused on the beak of #1. Maybe a shot of somebody pouring would make more sense?
