i just called and ask the shop and he said when the laptop came, there are 2 boxes, 1 outer layer and inside is the laptop boxes, he said that they had to open the outer one to make sure there is something in there, or else i cant claim my warranty if there are nothing inside the boxes but i think they didn't open the laptop box. is the outer box those brown color normal box just to protect the item? i know it may sound confusing but thats what he said to me lol.

Only the outer box have seal, at the box, there is a sticker show the details, e.g. S/N, Prod Code & etc. Inside the box, have the free sling bad & another box containing the laptop (no seal as per i remember)...

Hey guys, finally i got the ASUS N53SN!!!!!!!!!! rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif
exchange my Lenovo Y560P for this wan.
I will be doing a review later so tune in.

PS: I really got to say, this laptop is way lighter than the y560p. From the looks, it looks really heavy. But when you actually carry it, its dam light!!!! Lighter than the y560p. The adapter also not that heavy even though it looks big.

Added on March 26, 2011, 3:46 pmbtw does anyone know how to change font colours because whatever files or folders that are in D drive is blue colour. I want black!!! Dam, the salesman did the windows settings for me doh.gif

*
* 1. Download aswClear.exe on your desktop
* 2. Disable the self-protection system of avast! or, restart Windows in Safe Mode
* 3. Run the downloaded utility
* 4. If you installed avast in a different folder than the default find it by browsing your hard-disk(Note: Be careful! The contents of any folder you choose will be deleted!)
* 5. Click "Uninstall"
* 6. Once program deleted, a screen will appear, select "yes" to restart your computer.

Oh yea one more problem. Why the FN key does not work with the shortcuts that is not located at the F1, F2...keys. Ex, the spacebar is a shortcut for Asus Power4Gear but somehow when i press FN + Spacebar.....nothing happen. Previously it did work until i restart my laptop cause i delete some software, update driver etc. Incase your wondering, i did not delete power4gear. I can run it through start menu but not the shortcut key. Also the shortcut key on C and V is not working too

I can't even use the power4gear button near the speakers or even the volume control. I press them and nothing happens.
