yup...just got news from agent that golf comes with DRL, and the sad news is that polo GTI is delayed till 3rd quarter. so, now will need to conside the golf.

Aiyoh...guys I have taken my Golf TSI after a long long delay. But the radio is not working as the SC said that they are unable to key in the security code due to a failure of the network. WTF? Anyway..will ahve to bring it back to the SC today for them to programme the radio. Sigh...

Anyway..I realised by not having the radio there is a rattling sound coming from the right passenger side eminating from Pillar B. Any one of you face this? If so..how to kau tim..take back to SC or sort it ourself?

How can they deliver a car which is not ready to u? U tak sabar want to take your car is it? They should get everything sorted out before handling it to u lah. Then no need to go back again. I do get rattling sound coming from various parts of the car. But nothing really major lah. And the squeeky door seals.

Those buggers said ok aledi can collect. Then called up say Radio cannot programme. Why cant the programme the radio when they PDI check...I took it because I have to arrange transport to go there and get the car lo. Cause I working ma..

Err..not I tak sabar le..my wife pressure lo..its a Valentine gift for wifey and its was way way late. Took me like 1 month from booking to collect car somemore ready stock. I swear that I wont go back to the SC liao. really crap ma..

TTDI. Now they say the whole Malaysia SC also cannot programme. Tomorrow also maybe cannot settle. WTF?
which means no radio for the weekend...how to drive a car without music la... I am so wishing that VW just belok kiri...

Bro, just log an official complain or better yet, call VGM and tell your story, then only submit your complain via e-mail to them, and see how will they respond to that. I feel sorry for you for all the trouble that you're dealing with with a 200k worth of car.

Actually, when I took delivery of my car, the salesrep was there to guide me through, telling me the use/function of every knob/button in the car. How to do this, how to do that. Tested everything in the car before I left with the car. Of course, after that, I also went back to iron out some small issues. But overall my experience was ok.

Will do so. My patience up in smoke already. Called VGM. They say they will look into it..funny thing is that they also find it ridiculous that radio cannot programme. Lets see what VGM can do. Tired man...with all this non sense. Buy Jap car also dont have so many incidents. Never has any issues when I bought my Mazda 3.

when u say ttdi u mean Cergaz ? i oso went back 3-4times due to sound when i turn my steering... had to leave my car there full day 3x liaw.. still cannot sort it out.. made it even worst... the last repair was mayb 90% but not like the day i took my car no sound. They blamed it on the GTI rims i used (17" Denver). Said TSI suspension cannot support the weight and hence the noise fr suspension when i turn my steering... sucks... n there i was thinkin of getting the rocco fr them also...

i think i might need to go to a more established SC with better engineers coz heard cergaz is v new in terms of their support team... any good recommendations ? coz after they took apart my suspensions, steering etc ... din feel the same fr when i took the car anew...
