hey,i just got my refurbished set last week

but there a problem with the phone speaker..
i can't hear what people was saying to me...hard to hear

but i nver open the screen protector that was actually with the phone.(i like that screen protector)
but i notice the screen protector also cover the call speaker,front and back camera

is it bcause of the screen protector or my speaker is faulty ?
dun want to open the screen protector as i love it although it is cheap ..i think

When claim time, ask the staff delete all the data inside the phone. They will format the phone include IOS.

From my phone I go to setting > general > reset > reset all setting.
Or I need to connect to itune and restore

Piss off with the updater now. Downlaoded half way, my iphone keep disconnect from the Itune, which need me redownload the whole thing again.

just got my replacement iphone 4 today at maxis klcc.actually diaorg x check pun whether u jailbreak ke tak. just check water damage and home button malfunction. my iphone is jailbreak masa claim warranty.

i'm quite fed up ady la, if they ask i got JB or not i'd just say 'How else u expect me to use my phone? i can't use the home button at all'

At last, today i manage to get my replacement iphone 4 from digi after 3 month ++ of waiting. My home button 100% rosak already.

lol today DiGi called me again to say got replacement unit.

must be kena komplen kaukau liao...

If my iPhone the home button not do responsive but still working, still can claim warranty? The warranty almost ending already though. So need to act fast.

Great news for Seremban folks. I just refund my iPhone 4 at Seremban DiGi center today. Took only about 10-15minutes (no need to wait 1 month or so). So, yeah, go make ur refund. One of the staff said that they have limited unit of refurb unit (less than 10)

btw, my 'new' iPhone serial number is 61XXXXXXXX. Is it a refurb unit as some people mention that refurb unit start with 5K?

Anyway, glad that I can refund. Warranty still got 2 weeks left. lol
