between a married couple, I don't see why it would not be advisable to do it. It's true that HIV/AIDS is spread a lot easier via anal intercourse since the skin may break (lubed up properly will reduce this chance) but if both people are clean, then that isn't an issue.

no pain, no itchy, no feeling at all(i mean the little bumps).
they are just like... extra pieces of meat underneath the head, but yellow in color and small as pimple.

Walk into any Dr Clinic or Hospital and ask them where you can find a sexual health clinic. Don't be embarrassed, your health is more important than a stranger having a giggle (which if they are working in a clinic or hospital is not going to happen, they see these things all the time)

Could be fordyce spots but if you want to be sure. Go see a doctor, I recommend going to a GUM clinic and not just any GP.
