in KL any pharmacy with a pharmacist will sell. Tesco, Jusco also have.

I had stop taking birth control pills for around 3 month. tis month ady late 2 weeks no period come. should i take the pills nw?

question:

If a girl took 1st pill of postinor2 on the 2nd day afte unprotected sex, then 2nd pill 12hour. then less then 5hour she consumer the pill, she got did it again(unprotected sex).

Or more easy to understand:
If a girl took the Postinor2 before sex.

What will happen? Or what side effect to the girl? and does it help to prevent pregnancy?

By pills, are you referring to ECP or BCP.

If ECP, it's meant to be taken latest 5 days after unprotected sex. Or else you'll have to look for other alternatives already.

If I think about it, it might and might not prevent pregnancy. I guess it's best to take another set of Postinor2 in 2 days or so. Every woman react differently to the pill. Do a pregnancy test kit after 3 weeks or so and see if she's pregnant.

Just use a condom will ya? You don't know how all this ECP will affect the body. If you can avoid it then just avoid. Or else just go on BCP.

The pills are called morning after pills or Emergency Contraceptive Pills. I would suggest you to browse to the previous thread that we have and understand how does the ECP works.

So like wat munkeyflo said, perform a pregnancy test on the 3rd week to see if pregnant or not. Cause the pills are only taken 48hrs after unprotected sex.

As far as I'm concern, BCP are to be prescribe and gotten from doctors/gynaes. I don't think there's any over the counter BCPs for sale. You can check the BCP thread that I've posted earlier and ask the girls there for more info on it.

She didn't have any reaction to the pill doesn't mean it's not working.

If you are really concern, please get a pregnancy test kit to be very sure.

Try not to stress out both you and your gf about whether its working or not, because it will only make her period delay much longer with stress.

well munkeyflo is rite...everyone is different. at times you do not see any effect for about 2 weeks. this normally happens if you gf already had her period recently. or if her period is due in a week or 2 then you will see her having period at the same time.

I would suggest you to read the previous threads to understand how ECP works. It is not like an overnite effect. then once you understand it, let her know how it works. at least she will be calm and at ease knowing that you care for her and did some search and look up.

Just dont stress her out. if within 3 weeks there is still nothing, do a pregnancy test. then see if you score it or not.

Just to share again to MangoTax, I personally have took Postinor2 few times and almost each time I get a different reaction to it.
I had experienced having no reaction at all, having menses come immediately the next day, in a few days or in a week. I've also had experience of having period for 2 straight week continuously. I've asked pharmacist and gynaes about this and they have all assured me before that it's normal and every person reacts to it differently.

So rest your mind and don't worry too much. This kinda thing works properly most of the time.

Yes it did work every single time. If not I'll be pregnant already by now no?

Just get a pregnancy test kit and test. Settle.

Btw, did you follow the instructions given on the box in the first place?

Try providing more info like when was her last period, when did you two had intercourse, when did she eat the pills, how long is her menstrual cycle, is her cycle usually stable or not, is this the first time she had sex, did she eat anything wrong, did she change her eating habit, is she under any stress (work, study, family, etc.). Some of these stuff are not easily seen or observe but it doesn't mean that it's not there, especially stress.

again, more info will really assist as well. not forgetting did u have any intercourse after consuming the pills. and also did u take postinor 2 or escapelle.
those 2 have different way to consume them.
