hey guys.. wanna ask, is it common that there would be very light bleeding after taking the pill?? i wouldnt say exactly its period since too little to be counted so.. its like seeing blood stain on pantyliner, few mm width and few mm long..
the pill is taken after 1 week period ends.. its been 2 weeks after taken the pill, no period yet.. normal cycle of period suppose to be in 1 week time.. the pill taken within 24 hours..
did not ejaculate inside as had coitus for bout 10 sec only and pull out due to fear.. taken the pill as precaution.. so by statistic, shouldn't be pregnant right? since the chances of precum to get pregnant is already so small, plus ECP to reduce the chance.. i read that during implantation, there would be small spots of blood, is it true? and how long does the blood will continue to flow?
To answer your questions:
Yes, there might be bleeding after taking the pill. (Does not apply to everyone)
Yes, there is a high change you won't get pregnant if you add up "not ejaculating inside" and "consuming ECP". However, she might be on her fertile period since you say sex was done 1 week after period end, high chance fertile period. So if the sperm is strong, plus she fertile, plus if you had sperm in precum (which is highly unlikely if you had peed before sex, unless you had a previous ejaculation before this), then there is a slight chance of being pregnant.
Yes, during implantation, some women experience slight bleeding. This is call Implantation Bleeding, google it. (Again, does not apply to everyone)
Usually implantation bleeding is very little, just light spotting only. However, again, some women experience different thing.
If you've read this thread, few post before. I've said something like this before:
Once you take Postinor2 (I don't know about other types of ECP), most of the time, there will be some slight/heavy bleeding and the menstrual cycle will then start again from day 1 when the bleeding starts. This means that the menstrual cycle has been reset to day 1 and you will need another ~28 days or so to get your usual period back (Again, different people different). Heavy bleeding or not may depend on when you took the ECP, which part are you at in your menstrual cycle. If you just finish your period, don't expect to have a lot of blood coming out after taking ECP.
Sometimes, there's no bleeding, and sometimes there's lots of bleeding. All these are normal and every individual experience differently. Heck, it's not even the same experience even single time I took Postinor2.
