I would like to share too... tongue.gif

This is perhaps (almost) realtime stock watch excel file, data obtain from Yahoo Finance.

Instructions:
For Excel 2003 or earlier users, download LYN_Realtime_Stock_2003.pdf and rename to LYN_Realtime_Stock_2003.xls
For Excel 2007 or 2010 users, download LYN_Realtime_Stock_07_10.pdf and rename to LYN_Realtime_Stock_07_10.xlsm

Note: This is an excel file which contain macro, basically used to obtain stock information from Yahoo Finance server. No worry, it contains NO malicious code that will harm your computer.

Once you successfully open the excel file, excel will normally block the active content, which is the macro. Excel will prompt you to enable or not.
You must enable the active content for the macro to run properly.

Once you enable it, you can start using and edit the excel file.

The yellow area is for you to enter your favourite stock code, the stock code must have ".KL" added behind the stock code, as shown in the spreadsheet.
The grey are is the last trade price for the stock you specified, the price will update automatically if you have "AutoRefresh" checked. Otherwise, you can manually refresh the price by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F5.

Note: Column A to column E are active columns, meaning the macro will get or modify information on those columns. You can modify your own column starting from column F onwards.

You can select any information you want to get from Yahoo Finance server from the drop down list at row 6 starting from column B to column E.

Play with the excel file and you able to discover more!

Any doubts, feel free to ask me. smile.gif

i scanned through niki's report.. if i read correctly, they are quite active on expansion this year, focusing on production lines. They have only about 4M left in their coffer on 31st December 2010, which is just nice for a 10c ps for everyone ... laugh.gif

With effect from FY2010 means -> starting from FY2010, right ? if yes, we should have another 9c coming as final or special. The announced 10c ps was just an interim as what skiddtrader said. Maybe they'll surprise with a Special Divvy or Final Divvy biggrin.gif

A special or final 9c will cost about RM3.6M. We have time until April before they confirm all the divvy dates tongue.gif

What you will need is just Microsoft Excel, either version 2003, 2007 or 2010.
No more additional software other than Microsoft Excel for you to open the spreadsheet.

I am not sure if OpenOffice able to run the xls file flawlessly, maybe need someone to verify that.

all green so far.
asian green, europe green, us green.
what is this green?
a green in a bear market as what maybank said?
or a recovering of a correction in a bull market?

and yes, i know, this is a billion dollar question. biggrin.gif
wondering during 2008, what did those research houses say? they said it's a correction? or they said it's a bear coming? hmm.gif
