so many cheap stocks around but really not dare to pick it up..... we are playing with psycholocy war when market up up UP only ppl buying, when down and doom nobody care to press the buy button !!!! if i can do this into reality in shares market i think i can earn a lot more than now ..... sigh still cannot reverse mine old habits...... doh.gif
*
there are lots of books and even professional suggestions given in Bursa website to advice retail investors to follow the trend and don't be too smart and go opposite direction.

Very smart suggestions. cool2.gif

cuz i been to empire, then i liked it more than subang parade tongue.gif to be fair, subang parade is really old, but they're doing a great job revitalising it. case of catering to diff markets also i suppose, empire feels more upmarket.

1.30 can get 8% yield if i recall.
*
8% is among the top in reit now.
going to monitor it closely to grab at cheaper price. nod.gif

Airliners stock is always like that, that's why it is very difficult to treat them as long term holding.
It is always cyclical, depended on economy environment.
You need to know when to get out, when to get in.

Unlike old fashioned stock, know when to get in already good enough, don't need to take care about "out" issue.
*
Yeah. need to monitor it frequently.
It is now reaching my last purchase price, so i just hantam some more today. I just like tony so much lah. And their service has improved quite a lot, realizing that on my recent travel with airasia as comparing 2 years ago. biggrin.gif

I agree. Mass panic over a country of 6 million people that produces barely 2% of the world's oil (on a good day).  shakehead.gif
These recent declines are engineered by TPTB to shake out the timid, create panic so they can buy back perfectly good stocks that have been hugely over-sold by some real candy-assed 'investors' IMHO. hmm.gif

Last Friday, the S&P500 closed at double its lowest (recent) level in March 2009. Up 100% in under 24 months....

By rights, our KLCI should be approaching 1800 by now..... nod.gif
*
I like 1800! wub.gif

Est. DPU RM0.649 sen per unit

Dividend yield of 7.6%

My previous good return record totally tainted by this event.. Had been a careful investor then.. Recently my head went wrong... In a bloody mess now..
*
what to do? high profit comes with high risk. that's why some people bought 80% REITs and 20% stock (one of my friend does this).
you gotta calm down and think what's best for you.
as for myself, i'm still keeping my stocks and wait further to see what's going on.

Hi Guys,

Do look out for Dow U Turn tonight.

Gadafi is being cornered.

Now Capital is deserted.

My thinking is the game should be finished sooner than expected.

Lets hope for the best! icon_rolleyes.gif
