so many cheap stocks around but really not dare to pick it up..... we are playing with psycholocy war when market up up UP only ppl buying, when down and doom nobody care to press the buy button !!!! if i can do this into reality in shares market i think i can earn a lot more than now ..... sigh still cannot reverse mine old habits......

cuz i been to empire, then i liked it more than subang parade to be fair, subang parade is really old, but they're doing a great job revitalising it. case of catering to diff markets also i suppose, empire feels more upmarket.

Airliners stock is always like that, that's why it is very difficult to treat them as long term holding. 
It is always cyclical, depended on economy environment.
You need to know when to get out, when to get in.

Unlike old fashioned stock, know when to get in already good enough, don't need to take care about "out" issue.

I agree. Mass panic over a country of 6 million people that produces barely 2% of the world's oil (on a good day). 
These recent declines are engineered by TPTB to shake out the timid, create panic so they can buy back perfectly good stocks that have been hugely over-sold by some real candy-assed 'investors' IMHO.

Last Friday, the S&P500 closed at double its lowest (recent) level in March 2009. Up 100% in under 24 months....
