if you go to the hardware store they have quick repair in a bottle, that may/may not successfully resolve the problem.

if you can try and do it the correct way.

Thanks...went to ACE just now...looks like no cleaner methods available (ie via tube) than mixing and messy way....the one I saw (forgot the name) says can cause skin and eye irritation...can recommend any good grout brands that less harmful?

i think http://www.csmg.com.my/ has more choices but the sellers there all foreign workers dunno if they have the technical knowledge to help you or not.

Need some advise here. I was quote the below for tiles installation for my Car Porch Area plus the Side of the house.

Total sft: 1580
Tiles: 1ft x 2ft size (standard tiles only)
Total Price: RM 16500.00

I calculated myself and approx need about 760 Tiles.
Is the price reasonable or overprice?

Hi, i would like to fully tiles my garage (around 220 sqft). Was quoted by my contractor RM 2500 without tiles.. More then RM 10 per sqft.. Is this expensive?

Wow, I think that is crazily expensive, although it could be due to your tiles. When I was shopping for tiles that size, they typically ran between RM8-RM20/tile, before a discount ( normally 8-10%).

Thanks but this price is included the materials and workmanship. Is this expensive?

Wall tiles 4.5 per sf and floor 3.5 sf.this is what i have paid. Not include any tile or metrial.

Need some kind advice here.

If were to do tiling for quite a small area (about 4ft x 20ft = 80 sqft) in car porch using tiles of (2"x1"), how much does it gonna cost? with / without tiles?

The pic of the area as attached.

For small area will charge for lump sum. I think u better get a contractor to quote for the jobs u need for ur house.

I tried, but nw in KL house in Johor.. so wanna make some estimation first.. or i shud make that piece of land for other purpose? Vege?? Haha

on a serious note, u can DIY with stone pepple steps?
put grass beside it then

Good idea!! Din think of it.
But I thought those stones need special arrangement and diff type of stones? Else it jus going to create more pain to those who step on it?

I thought u mean those foot therapy pathway, my bad.. purposely buy 1 pack of cement for that?? Din feel like getting those grass for it, hard to maintain for my aged parent.
