May I know is there a way to clean the tiles other than using water?

I have bought a subsale house where the ex-owner have lay tiles at the car porch previously. Tiles is those rough type (for car porch)

The tiles looks kind of old-ish (dirty/black/dirt) but still in good condition (no crack, etc).

Is it possible for me to clean it/restore it (around 70%-80% new)?
Reason is I wish to save the renovation cost and skip the tiling work for my car porch.

Now i going to have renovation for new house again, and this time i notice MML tiles range like lesser a lot. So i try to see niro and guocera and notice they have more range. My contractor told me don't use floor tiles (porcelain) to do wall as it is very hard to drill and it tends to popup easily (due to its density is high). so ask me choose ceramic wall tiles for wall, but it is fine to choose porcelain for floor. does anyone notice about this? between guocera vs mml which one better?

I'm doing the tile work for my wet kitchen for only about 30 sq ft. The contractor has charged me rm900 for the wall including the tiles I choose at rm3. I understand this is very little work involved and they charged me rm30/sq ft. Is the price reasonable? Please advice

Wen i did renovation on tiles to my house ktchn, the contractr quata me rm7.00/sqf include tiles(normal one). Hacking he charge me rm1.50/sqf.. Then i plan to buy the tiles by my slf n ask him to hack and lay out the tiles. He charge me 6.50/sqf for it. Maybe if u wan mins i can share his contact to u.

Can you share his contact with me? Im pretty sure My contractor is overcharging me, I'm changing 15 pieces of 40cmx40cm tiles and he quoted me rm750.

Include tiles ah.? The contractor charge u rm12.5/sf. Its high la.

Without tiles. I'm buying my own. That is my suspicion that he's overcharging me... Ok I'll try calling this guy.

Ok he agreed to charge me RM600 to hack and replace with new tiles I bought myself, which is at least cheaper than the current guy and I understand it's a bit higher psf because it's a small job.
