TQ....considering just polish existing parquet since some say it still looks good.....in future maybe will lay Vinyl on top (nowdays, no need to hack existing parquet to put vinyl)

and put the money elsewhere...

if you want better longevity get those without printed surface meaning from top to bottom is the same color so when chip off it doesn't look very obvious

Plain type will be better. Sometimes with design won't look good when faded.

Well, if using the wrong chemical for cleaning, getting expensive tiles also the same.

Hi all sifu,

May I know is there a way to clean the tiles other than using water?

I have bought a subsale house where the ex-owner have lay tiles at the car porch previously. Tiles is those rough type (for car porch)

The tiles looks kind of old-ish (dirty/black/dirt) but still in good condition (no crack, etc).

Is it possible for me to clean it/restore it (around 70%-80% new)?
Reason is I wish to save the renovation cost and skip the tiling work for my car porch.

Thanks smile.gif
